Well, if it's from a partner site (sites listed under 'the masterminds'), you use this template: {{FoundImageZW| URL | Site Name }}, putting the site's url in for url and the site's name in for site name. Unless it already has it's own template like ZD does, then use that one.
If it's from a site that's part of the Wikimedia Foundation, you use this: {{WikimediaImage| URL }}, putting the image's url for url.
If it's from any other site, you use this: {{FoundImage| URL | Site Name }}, again putting the site's url in for url and the site's name in for site name.
If you scanned it, took it (as in a screenshot), or significantly edited an existing image, you use this: {{ImageSelf| Username }}, putting your username in for username.
If you don't know what the source is, you use this: {{Imagenosource}}
If it's copyrighted by Nintendo, Sega, or Konami, you also have to put {{c-nintendo}}, {{c-SEGA}}, or {{c-konami}} respectively.

Welcome Templates
Hello! lately I have noticed that you seem to be typing: {{Hello|Triforce of the Gods}} when welcoming new users. The correct and only way to use the Hi Template is to type:
{{subst:hi|Triforce of the Gods}}
