In Ocarina of Time, she lives in the Great Fairy Fountain in Death Mountain Crater. She bestows upon Link a larger Magic Meter.
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, she resides in the Great Fairy Fountain in Snowhead. Prior to the events of the game, Skull Kid split her into 15 Stray Fairies, and scattered them throughout Snowhead Temple. Link gathers the Stray Fairies and returns them, and she rewards him with a larger Magic Meter.
Majora's Mask 3D
In Majora's Mask 3D, she is now in Woodfall, and her Stray Fairies scattered throughout Woodfall Temple.
