Hylian[]

The sign next to Pelison's Ore Shop is gibberish: (z/o) a n (d/g) (r/f) (w/e)

Assuming that it's "Ore and More" (especially when he only sells ore) is speculation and is not appropriate for the wiki. —Preceding unsigned comment added by PiercingSight 02:16, 22 August 2019‎

So firstly, this article did not need to be tampered with. Players can walk up to the sign and read it as an in-game action. In a collective sense, we usually know what we're doing so it's generally better to ask before jumping to these kinds of conclusions.
Official terms are an important part of Zelda Wiki, and we specifically do not deal in fan-created terms. This is why we cite names whenever possible, and such was on this page. When we cannot find a name in-game, we have procedures to draw from other sources. Failing that, it would be acceptable to draw from Hylian/Sheikah text if necessary, though any interpretation of the text should be kept to a minimum (I haven't checked myself but assuming you're correct about the sign saying O/Z A N D/G F/R E/W, we would probably assign it the name of Oandfe if we absolutely had to). There's a precedent for needing to use either Hylian or Sheikah text, but this is a last-case scenario when other options have failed. We have templates to denote these circumstances, but these cases are rare enough that you've probably never seen them. Barring even that, we wouldn't make a separate article for it.
To summarize: Ore and More was correct, and "Pelison's Ore Shop" is not an official term so it should not be used under any circumstances. Also, please remember to sign your messages with four tildes (~~~~). TriforceTony (talk) 13:08, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
Just to add to what has already been said, the official guide for the game also calls it "Ore and More" on page 368 (in the extended version). - Chuck * (Talk) 23:10, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
