I've been doing a bit of sequence-breaking in Master Quest. I finished the Forest, Water, and Spirit Temples (in that order) before going back and completing the Fire Temple, and only then did this tune become available. It is my belief that you must finish both the Fire and Water Temples before you can learn this, no matter what order you finish them in. Paquin (talk) 20:10, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
