Template:Character Stranger is a character in The Minish Cap.

Biography

Stranger lives in a Hyrule Town's house with a yellow roof. Although he does not reveal it at first, it is discovered later on that he is a member of the Wind Tribe who recently moved to Hyrule Town.[1] When Link Fuses Kinstones with him, a magic circle will appear in South Hyrule Field near Link's House, which allows the young hero to teleport to the Cloud Tops.

Other Appearances

The Minish Cap (Himekawa)

Stranger appears in the The Minish Cap manga by Akira Himekawa, where he encounters Link and requests to see the young hero's Map. He explains to Link that he's searching for Gustaf's tomb and requests that the young hero visit Royal Valley in his place due to being unaccustomed to walking on the ground. He gives Link a Kinstone Bag in exchange for going and explains their purpose before disappearing into the wind.

Later, when Link is in the Royal Crypt, he is attacked by the spirit of Gustaf, who stops shortly after seeing a Kinstone fall out of Link's bag. Gustaf recognizes them as a sign from the Wind Tribe and directs Link to the Source of the Flow, leading to the Cloud Tops.
