Template:Ability Perfect Guard is an ability in Breath of the Wild.[1]
Overview
A Perfect Guard can be performed with any Shield the moment before an enemy's attack lands by pressing the A-button.[1] Executing a Perfect Guard temporarily stumbles said enemy, allowing for Link to quickly counter the attack. It also works on certain projectiles to be deflected right back at them, such as Guardian laser beams.
