Location and Uses
Oracle of Seasons
In Oracle of Seasons, Mystery Seeds are Mystical Seeds that grow on Mystery Trees. Their effect is randomized among all of the other Mystical Seeds'. They are also capable of bringing Owl Stones to life.
Oracle of Ages
In Oracle of Ages, Mystery Seeds are Mystical Seeds that grow on Mystery Trees. Their effect is randomized among all of the other Mystical Seeds'. They are also capable of bringing Owl Statues to life and undermining Veran, while she possesses the body of another.

- In Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, Mystery Seeds are green in-game but violet in their artwork.
Nomenclature
Mystery Seeds are called "Harena Seeds" in early prints of the Oracle of Ages manga by Akira Himekawa.[citation needed]
