Frilly Fabrics are items in Tri Force Heroes.[1]

Location and Uses

Frilly Fabrics are Materials that can be purchased exclusively from the Street Merchant for 3000 Rupees apiece.[2] They cannot be collected by any other means, and they are the only Material that is always present in the Street Merchant's daily inventory. Frilly Fabrics are used to make the Cheer Outfit; three of the Materials are required by Madame Couture to tailor the Outfit.
