Template:Staff Eiji Aonuma (青沼 英二 (Aonuma Eiji)) is a video game designer, director, and producer. He is the current producer of Template:LZS.
Biography
After graduating in 1988, Aonuma joined Nintendo, where he met Shigeru Miyamoto during his interview. For the development of Ocarina of Time, he was recruited by Miyamoto himself to work as director and designer of the game. Subsequently, Aonuma worked as director of Majora's Mask, The Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess. Since then, he has worked as the producer of every game in the Zelda series.

- A Link to the Past was the game that latched Aonuma onto the Zelda series, as he was never able to complete the original The Legend of Zelda due to its difficulty.[1]
