The Cheer Outfit is an item in Tri Force Heroes.[1]

Location and Uses

The Cheer Outfit is an Outfit that can be crafted at Madame Couture's. It becomes available for purchase once the Street Merchant arrives in Hytopia, at a cost of three Frilly Fabrics—a Material available only from the Street Merchant—and 100 Rupees. The Outfit dresses Link in a cheerleader's uniform consisting of a pink crop top and pleated skirt, and styles his hair into a long ponytail. In areas where Link can't use his Sword, he will carry pink pom-poms instead.

Wearing the Cheer Outfit increases the Energy Gauge by 50% for both of the wearer's allies,[2] but has no effect on the wearer themselves. If two or more Link in a trio wear the Cheer Outfit, then all three heroes receive a boost to their Energy Gauges. However, these boosts do not "stack"; no single Link can receive an Energy Gauge boost greater than 50%.

In a single-player game, the Cheer Outfit functions the same as the Energy Gear, increasing the Energy Gauge that is shared between Link and his two Doppels.
