-Fix- Thanks for pointing that out. =) Embyr 75  --Talk-- 15:02, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

This is a very interesting theory. I could tell that you did a lot of research here and it shows off! It's very persuasive. Keep up the good work! ;)--O l a i e a ~~ 11:35, 18 September 2010 (EDT)

Dear Embyr,

I cannot agree with your theory. You think that Ordona is a special place only created preventive by the goddesses for the time when the evil is spreading again in hyrule. I don't think that is the only purpose of ordona! To explain this I have to argument with the paradox, which link created while travelling through time in oot. It is common, that Link, whilst travelling back and forward through time, altered the dimensions!!!! So there is no volvagia in the future, or the well at kakariko won't dry out, ganon castle appeared where once stood the hyrule castle etc etc.BUT I really believe that not only by doing sth in the past, just existing and travelling through time, creates those paradoxes and changes people, even landscapes!!!() (If you watch any sci-fi on time travelling you will understand what I mean...?!) And that is why I think, that when link was send finally back to his past, he did alter the land of hyrule for a last time: the temple of time and hyrule castle, the kokiri forest, the desert... everything changed in the shape as it is "know" in tp.Furthermore I think, that Link must have created a parodox with the triforce, because when he was send back to his past, and he visited princess zelda, his mark of the triforce of courage still glowed on his hand...(look for the ending in youtube or play again)...I cannot assure that he really took the triforce back with him, but I strongly believe, that this time travel altered the past/ childline dimension of link in as far as the triforce got already splitted without any intervention of ganondorf! Maybe that is why the ancient sages talk about a divine fluke, which granted ganondorf his triforce part! So okay another time (double)jump to explain ordona: After the goddeses created hyrule, the interlopers wanted to obtain the triforce and got banished from the 3 light spirits, which stand for each godess(faron for farore, lanayru for nayru, eldin for din)! But sth must have happened in between those ancient times, and another alternate(!) light spirit, ordona, came into existence! So then they became 4!Like faron, it is linked with the element forest and the goddes of courage, farore. (the name is no wordplay on nayru, nor din, and there exist no fourth goddes, which is why it only fits with farore) So links time travel and the time splitting(and maybe triforce of courage doubeling),created Ordona and faron. (The time split did affect the present in tp and oot, but not the ultimate past, which is why lanayru only mentions three light spirits in the beginning of time, because the change of time and dimension takes place at a later time(when oot takes place)....Oyyyy...)

HoC you realize that the change in landscapes you describe would not happen from preventing such a short disturbance and would not retroactively change key locations. as for the rest, in game evidence is a great thing. PureLocke(User/Talk) 20:17, 4 September 2010 (EDT)
Oi, here's a thought. Hyrule is obviously most at danger for an attack by any dark forces (Majora, Malladus, Onox, Twinrova, Vaati, Veran, and Zant in addition to our friend Ganon), but they have also attempted to spread their influence over Termina, Labrynna, Holodrum, Subrosia, and Ordona, all countries outside the governmental jurisdiction of the kingdom of Hyrule. The Goddesses created the whole world, not just the kingdom in which the Triforce resides. Different in game sources (A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess being dominant) remind us that fantasy governments change just as much as real world governments, and along with that - borders and boundaries. What's the difference between Ordona and Faron provinces if not which government has claim? At this point, it is simple logic to say that the Goddesses would want to protect each portion of their creation. A little poison taints the whole batch, ¿neh? The appearance of Ordona simply implies that the intervention of other such beings was not deemed necessary on previous occasions in previous lands. Who is to say that Nintendo will not release more material introducing more spirits, or that other beings which we have previously seen are simply different embodiments or manifestations of the same ... what, species? Akin to the relationship between the Kokiri and Koroks. Just a thought. littlewoodenboy 21:31, 1 June 2011 (EDT)

Excellent article. There's something interesting about Ordona that you didn't talk about here though. The way I see it, Ordona is a combination of the names of the three goddesses: Farore, Din, and Nayru. The only problem of course is that Ordona has an 'o' where Din has an 'i'. Then again this is only in the English name and I do not know whether it also works with the Japanese, so it could just be me seeing patterns where there are none. --AchillesAndTortoise 20:03, 28 December 2010 (EST)
