The Wand of Gamelon is an item in The Wand of Gamelon. It is a relic of Gamelon used to defeat Ganon.

Location and Uses

The Wand of Gamelon is a relic of the island of Gamelon. It is kept inside the Shrine of Gamelon, where it is guarded by Omfak and dropped after he is defeated. The wand appears to hold sacred power able to defeat and imprison evil. It is required to defeat Ganon, which is thrown at him and defeats him in a single shot.[1]

The wand is briefly mentioned by Myra, who states that only the Wand of Gamelon can defeat Ganon. During their battle in Reesong Palace, Zelda waves the wand which creates golden chains that wrap around Ganon. These chains then imprison Ganon inside a book that looks identical to the Book of Koridai.
