Template talk:Stal

From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia

Other living skeleton: Bubble, (Desbreko), Reapling, (Skullfish), (Skullrope), Whisp. Should we add them?? What about Grim Creeper and Skeldritch?? Jeangabin 00:32, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

I've added Desbreko and Skullfish on Template:FishEnemy. And skullropes are a Rope-variation (added on Template:SaurianEnemy). Jeangabin 15:16, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
I've added all of the other on Template:LivingCorpse. What do you guys think about Skulltula (スタルチュラ, Staltula) and Skull Kid (スタルキッド, Stal Kid) being members of the Stal Family?? I don't know where to add Skull Kid, but I personally think the Skulltula best place is on Template:ArthropodEnemy. Jeangabin 20:20, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

Scervo and Dreadfuse

Should these two bosses be included on the Stal template? They are listed in Hyrule Historia alongside Stalfos and the Stalmaster, and they're clearly skeletal in design. They're pretty much robotic Stalfos. User:Fizzle/sig 16:22, 19 March 2012 (EDT)

If we do, we should probably add Skeldritch as well, although neither of the three are technically of the "Stal family". I'm wondering if we should just call this template "Skeletal Enemies" instead. Dreadfuse, Scervo, Skeldritch, Bubbles, Whisps; none of these have "stal" in their name, yet they're all relevant. — Hylian King [*] 07:08, 20 March 2012 (EDT)
Bubbles (and Whisps, same thing) are already included, so I don't see why not, that's not a bad idea at all. Stallord even has a completely different name in Japan, but he's still linked to the same family, and I think it's quite clear that Scervo and Dreadfuse are meant to be as well. Every skeletal enemy in the series seems related to Stalfos in some fashion. The only outliers I can see would be Death Sword and Skeldritch (Capbone), and I hardly think it'd hurt to include them. Well, I guess it's settled! I went ahead and made the changes and updated the template to our snazzy new style while I was at it. — Hylian King [*] 07:23, 9 April 2012 (EDT)
