Template:Stub

From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

Purpose

This template identifies articles that are stubs. Stubs are very short articles that are missing large amounts information. Articles tagged as Stubs are placed in the stub category. Community pages are automatically added to Category:Community Stubs as well. Specific categories also exist for each game (see below).

Specific subsections can be tagged as Stubs using Template:Sectstub.

Usage

To use this template, type:

    {{Stub|Game (Optional) }}

  • Game — The game that the stub pertains to. Can be the game's full title, subtitle, or abbreviation. (See here for a list of possible values.) This adds the stub to a more specific category (e.g. Category:A Link Between Worlds Stubs) in addition to the general stub category, for the benefit of editors. Entering "nocat" suppresses the category altogether. This occurs by default on userpages.

If the stub article covers multiple games, use additional parameters, e.g. ({{Stub|OoT|MM|TWW|TP}}). The template accepts up to six parameters.
