So, no one has figred out an official way to unfreeze Zora's Domain in Ocarina of Time??? And do the torches have some effect by lighting them all, or is it somthing unrelated to the freezing of Zora's Domain? (If I recall, didn't somone say in the game it will eventually melt, or somthing like that???) ~Moshata, The Mistress~ 16:04, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

Yes, in the Ice Cavern, Sheik says that once the monster in the water temple is defeated, and Lake Hylia is returned to normal, Zora's Domain would unfreeze, but it does not unfreeze. RupeeLord 01:31, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

I'm going to add it into the page. It is thawed out, as seen in the ending credits of the game. It just takes time, as Princess Ruto tells you when she is a sage. Roccie 20:32, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

If I'm to believe the TBTwiki and some other investigation reports on Beta OOT, then originally OOT was to feature an Ice Temple with a Zora saving sidequest akin to the Goron one. It got scrapped in favour of the Water Temple and a less convincing story. I'll add it to the article when I have time. IfIHaveTo 06:06, 4 August 2009 (UTC)

I need help[]

I am playing Ocarina of Time for the first time and am stuck trying to find Zora's Domain. I've literally looked everywhere and can't seem to locate the entrance. I would like some help please ~Curious Poker Chip 6:10 p.m. November 2nd, 2015 (Pacific)

The wiki isn't a help forum, however to answer your question, at the end of the river you will find a waterfall and a Triforce symbol on the ground. Play Zelda's Lullaby to remove the waterfall, and then you can enter the domain. - Midoro (T C) 02:23, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
I'm sorry. I didn't mean to impose. But I followed the river in Hyrule Field and couldn't find anything. I'm having the hardest time because I want to continue and advance in the game but can't. ~Curious Poker Chip 2:57 p.m. November 3rd, 2015 (Pacific)
Near the entrance to Kakariko Village, you will see a river going into a tunnel. Follow the tunnel and continue to follow the river in the new area. Eventually you will reach a waterfall falling into a pool of water. The ledges above the pool have the Triforce Symbol you play the lullaby on. - Midoro (T C) 23:13, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
Wow! I actually found it by accident after literally weeks of searching. Man, do I feel like the world's biggest idiot! Thanks for your help though ~Curious Poker Chip 6:16 p.m. November 3rd, 2015 (Pacific)
