Merge The Field and Hyrule Field

The Hyrule Castle stage, Lake Hylia stage, Kakariko Village stage... from Four Swords Adventures are on their respective location main page. So I think the same should be done for the field. Jeangabin 07:50, 30 August 2010 (EDT)

Kind of late for responding to this one. Anyway, I say "nay" to this, as "The Field" is a level in FSA, and for that reason, it should remain separate from Hyrule Field. This does give me an idea of what should be done with other levels from FSA. They should be grouped together by chapter. Noble Wrot 12:53, 12 August 2011 (EDT)

A little late as well, but I say nay to this also. Hyrule Field is meant to a hub connecting all the various locations of Hyrule, The Field is to linear to fit that theme. We could however, put The Field as a related place to Hyrule Field XXSuperXXNintendoXx 23:11, 24 December 2011 (EST)

Even later, but I say nay too, its a stage rather than a true location; some stages cover multiple locations. For instance, Lon Lon Ranch is included in this area. Also, there's no indication that it is "Hyrule Field" or just unrelated fields in Hyrule. Surely not every field in Hyrule is "Hyrule Field"? Well, maybe, but it seems to be used for a specific large field more than anything. Clearly it seems to be a reference, of course, but not necessarily the same thing. There should be mention of it on the Hyrule Field page though. Fizzle (talk) 10:40, 16 February 2012 (EST)

This is extremely late, but I must negate the merging ("nay"). I think it was essentially a good idea, but there is no evidence that it is Hyrule field, and it does cover more than just Hyrule field (assuming it is Hyrule field) but it is still not large enough (I am counting percentage of Hyrule's land it covers) to cover the whole of Hyrule field, and lets face it, it is way to linear to fulfill the same purpose as Hyrule field. These things have been stated above(except for "it is still not large enough to cover the whole of Hyrule field), but I think another users thought's Are still important. I do think The feild should get a section on the Hyrule field page. --Echo of Courage 23:51, 27 March 2012 (EDT)

Even later, I say "nay" to the merge. For all the reasons stated above, we have no evidence that they are the same place, and therefore they shouldn't be on the same page. And this article isn't really stub-like; and neither is Hyrule Field, so I see no reason to merge them in the first place. Nay. —Darkness(Talk) 21:12, 9 December 2012 (UTC)

Just to put the final nail in the coffin, I also think this page is fine where it is. — Hylian King [*] 21:17, 9 December 2012 (UTC)
