Hino's Behavior On A Blood Moon Night

Should we... include Hino's... what happens to Hino when the Blood Moon is in the sky?
I mean, it's pretty effing scary, but is it worth mentioning here?

I added info based on my own experience earlier tonight.
Sadly, there was one line I couldn't remember, so I looked up a video. Adding after I finalize this.

Hino's Moon Commentary

As I added earlier, Hino also has knowledge of the Moon's phases. Sadly, I never retain the information he shares, and I don't know where to look to find them all. Could someone help with this?

UPDATE: I went looking and eventually found them, but only what he says after announcing the phase. The three Blood Moon quotes (dependent on when you first talk to him) and the 13th-Day Moon quote I can confirm as accurate since I lifted them straight off my screen when I was looking for the quotes. If anyone can please use their own copies to make sure the others are accurate, I'd appreciate it.

After you save Hino in the Monster Keeps, where does he go?
I've been all over, even back to Dueling Peaks Stable, and he isn't there!
