Zelda's Adventure Help Guide[]
Thanks to a friend on youtube named Showsni, I've managed to come across a rough draft of the Zelda's Adventure help guide. It's a guide used by the Philips staff on their help line to assist people stuck in the game. This document has several names of enemies that weren't listed in game. Thought I'd let everyone know that some of the odd names that will be listed here soon are in fact the actual names of the creatures. --Shadow Reaper 23:15, 1 July 2012 (EDT)

- Now remember this is a rough manual, probally what the final draft would be based on so there are some issues with the a couple of the boss names being miss spelled but the enemies which aren't listed in game (not all sadly) are listed in there as well. Hm, about names we don't know...[]
I don't want to be a pain, but if we don't know what an enemy is, we shouldn't assume it's necessarily based on an enemy from another Zelda game, or at least certainly not named that way. For example, the Bots listed here at the moment really don't resemble Bots at all, and the majority of enemies in this game are taken from the first Zelda anyway, rather than the second. In fact, are any of the confirmed names taken from Zelda II at all? I think there's an Iron Knuckle but I'm not sure if anything else was.
If we don't know the name, we should simply put a descriptive name, or just state that the name is unknown. Lots of enemies in the game are simply made up, but if we assign them to enemies they resemble without knowing for sure, that's spreading misinformation. - Hmm you have a point, so hows this as I'm making the pages for the various ZA dungeons I'll read the walkthrough and add the images to what enemy is supposed to be there for everything else we can leave blank until the community can agree on what it was supposed to be....unless its a new enemy like the Golem-like creatures then I dont know on them. --Shadow Reaper 07:56, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- If we don't know what an enemy is called we can just come up with a descriptive name. Images will help a lot though, yes. Also try to note down which ones in the guide are named and which ones aren't. I think some are named in-game like Moblins and Leevers but not many. User:Fizzle8094/sig 17:48, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- I know this response is two years too late, but I'm just going to comment here for future reference. Much of my sources and references on the Zelda CD-i games have come from the Dutch magazine CD Interactief, a Philips CD-i magazine. While looking through the Zelda's Adventure help sections, I have noticed a few references to Wizzrobes, Patras, Stalfos, and Goriyas, among others. Having watched Let's Play videos of this game, and doing very quick, rough translations of the magazine, these enemies do line up with what I've come to expect to encounter. So yeah, Stalfos, Wizzrobes, Goriya and such definitely are a thing in this game.
