Location and Uses

The Swimmer's Ring is received from the Master Diver at Sunken City after telling him the Diver Secret and passing his test. The Magic Ring can be appraised at Vasu Jewelers for 20 Rupees. When worn, it increases Link's swimming speed.[1] The Swimmer's Ring can be obtained in Oracle of Ages by telling the secret received from the Master Diver to Farore, or by transfering it by talking to either the Blue or Red Snake.
