Main appearance(s)

Shrines of War are objects in Cadence of Hyrule.[1] They were introduced as part of the Octavo's Ode Downloadable Content update.

Location and Uses

Shrines of War appear in Dungeons in both Dungeon Mode and Story Mode — Octavo. Before it is activated, the shrine will occasionally spawn enemies around it. While active, some enemies are replaced with tougher versions, and the shrine drops Boots of Power and a Ring of Protection when activated. The effects of Shrines of War last until the Dungeon is left, the Dungeon Boss is defeated, or the affected character falls in battle.[2]

When destroyed, the shrine drops a lit Bomb, which will explode in 4 beats.
