The Shoda Sah Shrine,[1] designated by the Trial name Impeccable Timing,[1] is an Ancient Shrine in Breath of the Wild.

Entrance to the Shrine[]

Shoda Sah Shrine is located in West Necluda. The Shrine is hidden behind the highest of the Waterfalls in the Floria Falls, which flows out from Riola Spring. There is a path next to the Waterfall that leads to the Ancient Shrine. As Link enters the Shrine, he is greeted by its Monk, Shoda Sah.[2]

Themes and Navigation[]

Shoda Sah Shrine features one large chamber containing a large pool of Water. There is a bridge across the center of the room flanked by two Stone Sphere Sockets. The one on the right features no obstacles, while the one on the left has two moving platforms the float in front of it vertically. There are also two slanted Launchers opposite of each Stone Sphere Socket. Link must use the Launchers to launch one of the five Ancient Orb into the Stone Sphere Socket.

Each Stone Sphere Socket that is activated results in a Treasure Chest being sent fling from a Launcher on the opposite side of the room. Inside the right platform's Chest are five Ice Arrows. Inside the left platform's Chest is a Small Key, which is needed to unlock the door at the end of the bridge.

Once Link opens the door, he will find the Monk's Pedestal bearing Shoda Sah. Shoda Sah will congratulate Link for completing the Trial, giving him a Spirit Orb as a reward.[3] The Monk will then wish Link well before fading away.[4]
