Template:Enemy Sandfish are enemies in Tri Force Heroes.[1] They are skeletal fish that appear to be the dry-land counterpart of the Skullfish.
Characteristics
Sandfish appear in the Levels Infinity Dunes and Stone Corridors. They swim freely in quicksand, occasionally jumping in an attempt to bite one of the Link. They can be attacked with the Sword during this leap, however, the Link attempting this must take care that he does not remain on the sand for too long, or he will sink. They can also be defeated much more quickly by "beaching" them with the Water Rod and hitting them. This strategy is recommended, since it is less time-consuming, and also less dangerous, since the Link is not potentially standing on the quicksand while attacking. In some areas, however, the Sandfish will quickly respawn once defeated.
