The Rupee Tower at 11 meters.

The Rupee Tower appears in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland as the structure that is destined to take Tingle to Rupeeland.

At the beginning of the game, the tower is non-existent; a small pond known as the Western Pool lies in the tower's place. Tingle hears a voice telling him to head to the Western Pool. When he arrives, he meets Uncle Rupee, who tells him that he can go to the paradise known as Rupeeland if he throws enough Rupees into the pool. As Tingle throws in Rupees over time, the tower will grow. When Tingle throws the Master Rupee into the pool, the tower will launch itself into the Moon. There, Uncle Rupee will give Tingle back all the Rupees that he has thrown into the tower so that Tingle can give them to him.

There is an elevator that will take Tingle to the top of the tower, where the Western Pool is, and also a diving board that Tingle can use to Tingle Balloon to one of the areas in the game. This is the only way to access the Second and Third continents even after they have already been unlocked.

Tingle does not actually have to explore the most recently unlocked area fully in order to make the tower grow to the next level, but in order to get to the ending of the game all the Super Rupees must have been collected.
