Rubeo is a character in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]
Biography[]
Rubeo is the character which can be met at the Military Training Camp. He can train the characters and level them up, in exchange for rupees. However, Rubeo can only level up a character to the level of the player's strongest character. This means that if the player's strongest character was level 60, other characters can only be leveled up to level 60. Using the same logic, the strongest character cannot be leveled up.==References==
