Restless Crickets can be found just about anywhere by cutting Grass with any Sword. When found in Grass, they will hop away 2-3 times before flying off and disappearing.

The Side Quest, "A Gift for My Beloved", involves collecting 10 Restless Crickets for Manny. Upon collecting 10 Restless Crickets, Manny will give Link 100 Rupees.
