Madame Scratchcard is a character in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.[1]
Biography
Madame Scratchcard lives in Port Town with her husband, the Jeweller, and has a daughter named Missy. If Tingle finds a Triangle Chip during his quest, she'll let him play a mini-game. If Tingle scratches off three of the same icons, he will win a hefty amount of Rupees. If Tingle come across an elusive Super Chip, she'll let him play a special version of the game which yields a far greater amount of Rupees.
