- The Maps the Look-What-I-Found Kid sells to Tingle in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland are presumably the unfinished Maps drawn by the Map-Seller's late husband that he happened to stumble upon.
- "Oh dear me... I can't get it right... Mapping is not as easy as it looks... Hello, young man. I am the town Map-Seller! My husband was a Master Mapper, but he passed away... And the wind blew away all of his unfinished maps... There's only one left... The map of this area, Hometown Prairie." — Map-Seller (Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland)
