Lakna Rokee Shrine, designated by the Trial name Lakna Rokee's Blessing, is an Ancient Shrine in Breath of the Wild.

Entrance to the Shrine

Lakna Rokee Shrine is in a forest high up on a mountain east of Kakariko Village in West Necluda. The Ancient Shrine is hidden underground next to a Pedestal. To reveal the Shrine, Link must place the Sheikah Heirloom, an Ancient Orb which is kept in Impa's manor before being stolen, into the Pedestal. This can only be done once Link recovers the Orb in the Shrine Quest, "The Stolen Heirloom" as Impa will not let Link touch the Heirloom while it is in her house.[1] After placing the Orb into the Pedestal, the Pedestal will activate and the Shrine will rise from beneath the ground. As Link enters the Shrine, he is greeted by the Shrine's Monk, Lakna Rokee, who states that merely being able to enter the Shrine is proof of Link's worth.[2]

Themes and Navigation

Lakna Rokee Shrine features no puzzles, simply a direct path to Lakna Rokee. Along this path is a Treasure Chest containing an Edge of Duality. As Link approaches Lakna Rokee, the Monk will give Link a Spirit Orb for reaching the Shrine,[3] and will wish Link well before fading away.[4]
