Era Era of Hyrule's Rebirth

Kofu is an Anouki in Spirit Tracks.[citation needed] He lives in Anouki Village in the Snow Realm, with his house being located in the northeast portion of the village.

When Link visits the village, he is tasked by Honcho, the Anouki chief, to pair up all of the Anoukis in order to put together a village watch for all the monsters that have begun to appear after the Spirit Tracks vanished. Since all Anoukis have strict requirements as to who they will pair up with (except for Honcho), the young hero must talk to all of them and find out their preferences.[2] Kofu comments to Link he will not work with anyone who has big horns like his.[3] Due to his preferences, Link ends pairing him with an Anouki dressed in blue known as Noko.

When Link brings the Goron who wants to see the snow in the Anouki Village, Kofu meets the Goron in Honcho's house where he claimed to be the Anouki chief. After the Goron told Kofu about Goron Village, he makes up his mind to travel there. If Link brings him to the Goron Village, Kofu will reward him with a Force Gem.

  1. "So if I have this right, Kofu seems to dislike Anoukis with larger horns. To put it another way, he's probably willing to pair up with a small-horned Anouki." — N/A (Spirit Tracks)
  2. "Ya gotta arrange the six villagers, includin' yours truly, into three pairs. I'm happy pairin' up with any old Anouki, but some villagers are more picky. Talk to the villagers, take note of their preferences, and find good pairs!" — Honcho (Spirit Tracks)
  3. "My thoughts? I won't work with anyone who's got big horns like mine. Mine are the best in the village. Maybe even best in the world!" — Kofu (Spirit Tracks)
