Hylia Island is a place in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Features and Overview[]

Hylia Island is a large landform partially submerged by Water in the western part of Lake Hylia. In total, 11 points can be seen peeking out of the Lake. The central point is the largest and is surrounded by 10 smaller ones. The Ya Naga Shrine can be found in the crater of the central point, and a Raft can be seen tied to the dock on the western side of the central point. A Zora named Mei can be found catching Fish on one of the eastern points of the Island before the Side Quest "A Wife Washed Away" is completed.[2]

Two metallic Treasure Chests, each containing a Purple Rupee, can be found set in the ground on the northernmost and southernmost points of Hylia Island. A third metallic Treasure Chest containing a Phrenic Bow can be found in the water on the eastern side Hylia Island. A fourth metallic Treasure Chest containing a bundle of five Shock Arrows can be found in the water north of the aforementioned Chest. A fifth metallic Treasure Chest containing a Knight's Halberd can be found in the water nestled between the two westernmost points of the Island.

A Korok can be found atop a Tree on the northwestern part of Island, who will give Link a Korok Seed in return for finding him.[3]
