The table on this page is perhaps the crowning glory of messy tables on this wiki. Can anything be done about that? User:Cipriano 119/sig 01:27, 15 September 2010 (EDT)

Yeah, delete the examples section. Those templates were never intended to be used that way. There's not much that could be done to fix it. As the way it's used on there we'd have to update each time one is changed. It just isn't practical.User:Matt/sig 06:11, September 15, 2010 (UTC)

Spoiler Template

As it appears we no longer use the spoiler template, would it be best if said template was removed from this list? Champion of Nayru (talk) 20:08, 11 November 2013 (UTC)Champion of Nayru

Done.
The problem with this page is it substitutes all the templates when it should be transcluding them. When I get the chance, I plan to go around and adding category supression to all the templates so that can be fixed. — Hylian King [*] 09:57, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
Since it's somewhat relevant to the conversation here, is it fine to go ahead and add category suppression to all the templates that could go here then? Is it preferred to have, to suppress the category(s) (noting examples of current usage - on this help page at least):
  • nocat in the last parameter,
  • cat=none,
  • anything in the last parameter?
(ctrl-F through this page's wikitext for "nocat" will help find the first most common(?) type, and searching for "Specifically" will find the 2nd types)
Plus I should mention the inherited styles also used to inhibit transclusion of the templates.

Seems like a reasonable thing to go on and do. "nocat" seems like the best option, in my opinion: short and simple. User:Vapid/signature 04:59, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
