Game Screen

The Game Screen,(OoT | MM | SS)[1][2] also known as the Main Screen,(LA | LADX)[3][4] and the Game Play Screen,(OoT)[1] is a recurring interface in The Legend of Zelda series.

The Game Screen refers to the main interface where gameplay occurs, as opposed to selection and viewing screens such as the Inventory, Map Screen, Title Screen, and so on. It includes the head-up display which usually consists of the Life Gauge, a Rupee counter, and the currently selected items, among other game-specific elements.
