Foul Fruits are items in A Link Between Worlds.[1]

Location and Uses

Foul Fruit sprite from A Link Between Worlds

Foul Fruits can be purchased either from the Kakariko Item Shop or from the Lakeside Item Shop for 30 Rupees. After purchase, they appear in the item selection screen.

When Link eats a Foul Fruit, he stuns any nearby enemies by squealing, temporarily incapacitating them.[2] Powerful enemies, such as dungeon bosses, are not affected by Foul Fruits. After a single use, Foul Fruits disappear from Link's inventory and must be purchased from a store once more.

Trivia

  • Foul Fruits share many characteristics with Scoot Fruits, as both are single-use items that can be obtained in the same shops and are items not held in Bottles.
