EX Champion Urbosa's Song is a Main Quest in Breath of the Wild.[1] It is part of The Champions' Ballad DLC Pack.

Overview

Link can begin the Quest after finishing the trials of the Great Plateau during the Main Quest, "EX The Champions' Ballad". At this point, the One-Hit Obliterator will split into four glowing orbs and scatter to different areas of Hyrule, revealing four Ancient structures called Monuments. One of the Monuments appears at East Gerudo Mesa southeast of the Divine Beast Vah Naboris. The Monument is made up of a small platform and three small pillars. Each pillar displays a map that reveals the location of a trial that Link must undergo within the Gerudo Region. When Link approaches the monument, Kass, who is nearby, sings him a song that provides instructions for completing all three trials. Link must defeat the Molduking in the East Barrens, Sand-Seal Surf through a series of blue rings in the West Barrens, and retrieve an Ancient Orb from the Yiga Clan Hideout to throw it into the pit outside. After each of these tasks, an Ancient Shrine will appear nearby. Each of the Shrines rewards Link with a Naboris's Emblem. After completing the Keive Tala Shrine, Takama Shiri Shrine, and Kihiro Moh Shrine, the Monk of the third Shrine he completes will instruct him to go to the Divine Beast Vah Naboris. Link meets Kass next to Naboris and Link is then transported to once again battle Thunderblight Ganon in Naboris, but with a specific equipment set. Link starts off equipping the full Desert Voe Set upgraded to 2 stars per piece, the Scimitar of the Seven, and the Daybreaker Shield. In his inventory, Link holds an Edge of Duality, a Shield of the Mind's Eye, a Voltfruit, a Zapshroom, and one piece of Raw Meat. This Thunderblight Ganon is a phantasm born from Link's memories and fears.[2] After defeating the phantasm, Link returns to Kass, who then sings Link Champion Urbosa's Song and allows Link to visualize the Champion Urbosa's Song Recovered Memory from 100 years ago. The Memory shows Princess Zelda seeking Urbosa in Gerudo Town to request assistance in defeating Calamity Ganon. After the Memory ends, Link is rewarded with Urbosa's Fury +, which reduces the recharge time of the ability to 4 minutes. After receiving the upgrade, the Quest is complete.

Objectives

Stage Description
1 The scattered One-Hit Obliterator led you to a location where a stone monument with a map of trials appeared. Kass's song seems related...

One, fight the brute of the sand,
Two, chase rings upon the land,
Three, throw the orb underground,
Champion, trials abound!

You still have three trials to complete.

4 You completed the three trials inscribed on the stone monument in the Gerudo region.

After you collected three of Naboris's Emblems, the monk told you to head to the Divine Beast. What awaits you there?

Go to the Divine Beast Vah Naboris to find out.
Complete You defeated the phantasm of Thunderblight Ganon, which was born from your own memories and fears.

Kass's composition, entitled Champion Urbosa's Song, was so true and moving that it allowed you to visualize a memory from 100 years ago.

By conquering the trial, your sacred power has increased and Urbosa's Fury has become more efficient than ever.
