Ōmuai (potentially translated as Ohmeye) is the mini-boss of Poison Moth's Lair in Oracle of Seasons. Among English-speaking fans, it is commonly known by the name Calamereye, which originates from the Prima Strategy Guide.
Omuai is a trio of squids. The three Omuai emerge at random from the various submerged pits in the room and shoot fireballs at Link (much like River Zoras). To defeat them, Link must lift them out of the water with his Power Bracelet and attack their exposed bodies with his sword. Even out of water, the Omuai will flop around in an attempt to harm Link.
- ↑ "Several Calamareyes poke their heads out of the floor and shoot fireballs at you. Equip your sword and the Power Bracelet. When a Calamareye pokes its head out, grab it and toss it on the floor, quickly attacking it before it can return to the water." — Prima Games, A complete walkthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, Primagames.com, retrieved May 18, 2014.
- ↑ "Stand next to one of the squids and use your Power Bracelet on it to pull it out of its hole. Attack it with your Wooden Sword until it jumps back into the water. It takes about four hits to eliminate each squid." — , Zelda.com, retrieved May 18, 2014.
